The Association of Real Estate Portfolio Planners (AREPP)

Signil Wealth Consulting Group is a founding member of The Association of Real Estate Portfolio Planners, a real estate trade organization bringing together industry leading professionals, consultants and investors working with individual investors. The AREPP goal is to offer training to help you expand your business, add additional values to your clientele and function seamlessly as an integral part of any financial planning team helping clients make and act on informed real estate decisions to invest for Maximum Benefit.

AREPP offers two training and certification programs. The Certified Real Estate Portfolio Planner (CREPP) is a certification designation dedicated to help you guide your individual investor clients through a systematic, 4- Phase process to begin, expand or reposition a real estate portfolio for Maximum Benefit. The Certified Real Estate Market Consultant (CREMC) is a certification designation designed to offer advanced knowledge of economic, demographic and market research strategies from a national, regional and local level analysis.
